We are located on the seaward side of Clifton Drive, just 200 metres south of the Fairhaven White Church and 500 metres north of Lytham Square, overlooking the Ribble Estuary.

Parking: Free visitor parking is available on-site at the front of the home.
Public Transport: Accessible via local bus routes running along Clifton Drive between Lytham and St Annes, with Ansdell & Fairhaven train station less than a 10-minute walk away.
Accessibility: Full step-free access to the main entrance, gardens, and ground-floor tea lounge.
